Agrigento - There are two main points of interest in Agrigento, the ancient Greek ruins, dating from the 5^th century  B.C., (referred to as the valley of the temples) near the water, and the so called modern city dating from the 1300’s on the hill.  They are truly some of the best preserved examples of Magna Grecia in the world.
